I was born and raised in China and left home to attend college in Toronto right after turning 18. I moved down to Houston the following year. Here I graduated Cum Laude from UH in pre-med, majoring in Human Nutrition and Biology. Instead of becoming a dietician as my family expected, I decided to pursue my real passion for animals. I’ve been volunteering with SMART rescue since 2015, doing kennel keeping, feral colony maintenance, and performing TNR - which led me to my 5 foster fails Vabobo, Ana, Vronsky, Zephyr, and Neeko. I am the mother of 6 cats & 3 Guinea pigs and love every second of it! In my spare time, I enjoy gourmet food, gardening, wine tasting, and classic rock (especially Dire Straits and The Doors!) RPG playing, bad jokes, badminton, and cycling.
