All animals sharing a run, suite, or apartment must reside in the same household
Reservations for holidays require a deposit equal to one night's stay and are refundable if canceled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival
On the day of departure, all animals must be picked up by 1:00 pm to avoid an additional night charge unless they are receiving a departure service
Sunday departures incur an additional fee equal to one night's stay
