Dr. Emily Vandermeer
Originally from Dallas, I moved to College Station, Tx to attend Texas A&M University, where I was an active member of the Texas A&M Polo Club. Both of my parents are small animal veterinarians that graduated from Texas A&M and now practice in Dallas, Tx. Over the past 13 summers, my parents and I made many short trips to the Navajo Reservation in Arizona with Christian Veterinary Missions. These trips are one of many experiences that inspired me to become a veterinarian. I graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2022 and some of my professional interests include soft tissue surgery and diagnostic imaging. I am 1 of 12 Aggies in my family, so most of my Saturdays in the fall are spent watching Aggie football games. In my free time, I enjoy riding horses, running, and spending time with my family and black lab, Dale. The first day of my career at Stuebner Airline Veterinary Hospital is July 25, 2022.
